Two Figures
Two Figures

A private commission to celebrate a marriage. Working closely with the commissioner the idea was developed through sketches before undertaking the carving. Precise details gave a very personal touch - when standing, the female figure's mouth is in line with the male's nose. The woman's initials are carved into the folds of the drapery, the male's into his shoulder.
Bath stone.
